WHat is Touchnet 360u
TouchNet 360u provides USAO students, faculty, and staff with convenient access to their campus account and ID information from a mobile device. The TouchNet 360u app can also be used to upload or update your USAO ID photo. Follow the steps below to download the app, sign in using your USAO credentials, and update your ID photo.
Touchnet 360u step-by-step guide
- Download the TouchNet 360u app: AppStore | Google Play Store
- Open the app and, under account type, make sure it says "SSO" then click Log In
- You'll be taken to a screen with the heading "Sign in with TouchNet" and will be instructed to click "OK"
- Log in with your USAO Credentials
- You will be taken to the 360u Home Screen, and in the upper right corner you will see a 3 x 3 dot grid that you will click on and select the second option "Update ID Photo"
- Upload a photo (The maximum size is 1200x1200 pixels and must be at least 400x400 pixels)
