If something doesn't seem right, say something. The University provides several confidential ways to report concerns, including anonymously, and retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is prohibited.

Allvoices reporting platform
USAO uses AllVoices, a confidential reporting platform that lets students, employees, and community members raise concerns — including anonymously. Reports can be submitted at any time, and you can stay connected to your report through a secure two-way messaging feature without revealing your identity.
How it works:
- Submit a report online through the AllVoices portal (link below).
- Choose to include your name or remain anonymous.
- Reports are received by the Compliance Director, the Dean of Students, and the Chief Human Resources Officer, who together determine the appropriate office to respond.
- You receive a unique code to check for updates and respond to follow-up questions — anonymously if you choose.
