Join us for a 13-day trip to England and Scotland that includes walking tours of Westminster and central London, a two-day highlands excursion, world famous markets and so much more! The cost $1,600 for on-ground activities and an estimated $1,390 for airfare. Details on the tour, including a full itinerary are included below.

An Interdisciplinary Science and Arts Camp for Motivated Students: 5th-8th Grade (as of Fall 2016)

The four-day camp for motivated students will emphasize USAO’s commitment to interdisciplinary education and will feature sessions from the sciences including wildlife, math, geology, food science, environmental science, physics and chemistry, as well as sessions from the arts including writing, music and art. Sessions will be taught by University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma summer faculty.

Dr. Gary Gallagher is the John L. Nau III Professor in the History of the American Civil War at the University of Virginia where he has taught since 1998. He has written and edited numerous books which have garnered him several awards. Most importantly, he has won several teaching awards including the Distinguished Teaching Professorship.

USAO's annual Montmartre, a judged sidewalk chalk art festival, is held each year in conjunction with the USAO Scholastic Meet and Droverstock Music Festival on the first Thursday of April. Together, the events make up the Spring Triad.
